Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and adjust boilers, furnaces, HVAC systems, generators, and related equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs on facility infrastructure.
• Take responsible charge of watch and direct subordinate personnel.
• Monitor and log meters, gauges, and recording devices for system efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with NYC Department of Buildings regulations for boiler and refrigeration inspections.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and train personnel as needed.
