Requirements
· High school diploma / GED required; some college preferred.
· 3+ year working in medical/and or medical insurance field;
· Excellent customer service skills and strong ability to multitask;
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
· Proficient technical skills, preferably with EHR / EMR systems (i.e., EPIC).
· Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
