Requirements
- Baccalaureate, Registered Dietitian (RD)/ Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) or Masters degree with specialization in nutrition/public health from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college/university. Course work must have included basic or general nutrition, nutrition in the life cycle /human nutrition, community nutrition or maternal and pediatric nutrition, nutrition assessment.
- Two years experience as Nutritionist in the program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) or federally funded community nutrition food program with at least one year supervisory experience.
- Able to multitask, work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be able to comply with a flexible schedule, which includes one late night per week (Wednesdays-10am-6:30pm) and two Saturdays per month.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Bilingual, preferred (Spanish)
SALARY: $72,000.00
