IT Phone Support Analyst – Helpdesk
Under general direction, formulates/defines system scope objectives. Devises or modifies procedures to resolve complex problems considering Lawson application and related subsystems, ie Kronos, Optilink) capacity and limitations; operating time and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Responsible for analysis, program design, debugging and documentation; involvement in end-user support as well as deployment of special projects. Competent to work at high level in all phases of application systems analysis and programming
