You will become part of a team that advises, implements, and manages IAM solutions across five verticals: Strategy, Detect and Respond; Identity; Infrastructure; Data; and Application Security.   • Manage and monitor IAM systems and policies to optimize performance, perform troubleshooting, and support user requests.
  • Stay up to date on IAM / ICAM standards, policies, guidance, industry best practices, and industry trends to incorporate into IAM policies and controls.
  • Support the development of IAM/ICAM strategies, policies, roadmaps, and initiatives.
  • Leverage experience in centralized granular application access management, identity proofing and verification, federation, application-to-application authentication, and NIST SP 800-63 -3, NIST SP 800-207.
  • Support System Assessment and Authorization Processes
Requirements

REQUIRED:

  • 10+ years of experience operating, maintaining, and monitoring IAM/ICAM systems including optimizing performance and security.
  • 10+ years of experience troubleshooting IAM/ICAM issues, especially for integrations with other systems/platforms and remediating identified vulnerabilities.
  • 10+ years of experience configuring/updating IAM/ICAM access policies.
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the greater security team.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

PREFERRED:

  • Prior professional services in Healthcare or Life Science
  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
