Jamaica Hospital Medical Center has a career opportunity for a HVAC A employee. This candidate will assist the HVAC Assistant Foreman and Supervisor with routine engineering and /or project responsibilities and a variety of maintenance tasks, so as to maintain the locations environment. Responds to service calls and takes proper care of all equipment including cleaning, repair, and installation of all types of commercial and domestic HVAC systems.

Requirements
High School diploma required. Must be able to read schematics and specifications. Must be familiar with applicable building codes and locate ordinances, including charging and evacuation of A/C units. Must be able to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on all HVAC systems. Must be able to read blue prints and specifications and provide material list. Must be familiar with applicable building codes and local ordinances required.
