Requirements
Minimum Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting and configuring Windows-based hardware, printers, tablets, scanners, and cell phones
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting and configuring Windows desktop operating systems, office productivity applications, and other software platforms.
- Solid understanding of computer networking, associated hardware, and software
- Must be able to work in a team-focused environment to accomplish goals and tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:
- Certifications in Microsoft systems or other software platforms (Nice to Have)
- B.A. or B.S., preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or Health Care.
