ATTENDING PHYSICIAN DEPARTMENT – SCHOOL BASED HEALTH CENTER PROGRAM Jamaica Hospital Medical Center has a full time opening for an Attending Physician in our School Based Health Center located in a Queens Public High School. The Physician will provide primary health care to students, ages 12-22 with emphasis on illness prevention and health education and reproductive health care. The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to evaluate, diagnose and treat student-patients while maintaining the highest quality standards of care. The physician will collaborate with clinical staff including NPs, LPN and ancillary staff to provide optimal care to our students. Full Time/Monday-Friday Strictly Days

Requirements

• Board Certification in Pediatrics or Family Medicine • Board Certification in Adolescent Medicine desired • NYS MD License
