Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $53.18/hr. + differentials

Our Department of Psychiatry delivers a wide spectrum of inpatient, outpatient, and community-based mental health services. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Head Nurse to join our dynamic team on the night shift. What You’ll Do:

• Support the Nurse Manager with operational and administrative duties on our Adult Psychiatric inpatient unit.
• Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff and auxiliary personnel.
• Assign unit nursing tasks and coordinate shift coverage.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and guidance.
• Deliver hands-on leadership and technical support to your nursing team.
• Assist in preparing incident, accident, and investigatory reports.
