Requirements
- A Master's or other advanced degree is preferred.
- Five years of leadership experience in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Risk Management, Regulatory Affairs or a Juris Doctor and significant experience working on and providing counsel regarding employment and labor-related matters.
- Comfortable working on and leading projects tangential to, but outside the boundaries of traditional Human Resources matters
- Ability to navigate complex projects and manage changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
JOB TYPE: Full-time
SALARY RANGE: $150,000 - $175,000
