Nurse Care Coordinator

Coordinates, supervises and directs subordinates in nursing service functions. Responsible for administrative functions in the absence of the Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing and Executive Vice President. Insures policies and procedures are implemented and enforced. Responds promptly to emergencies and maintains accurate records of same. Communicates with residents families to enhance adjustment to facility.
