The role of the Assistant Director of Professional Development and Organizational Learning is to develop, plan, organize, and implement the departmental mission and goals in providing multi-disciplinary educational support to the organization.
Requirements
Preferred Education/Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master Degree preferred.
Current NYS licensure is required.
Certification as a Nurse Educator or Organizational Learning preferred.
Minimum of 3 years Managerial experience in education and organizational learning theories, models & methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
