Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ year working in medical/and or medical insurance field preferred. Prior experience in EPIC preferred.
- Prior experience in a medical insurance background is preferred.
- Effective written, verbal, listening, and oral communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong ability to multi-task. Knowledge of revenue cycle business operation preferred.
- Knowledge of electronic verification systems to accurately verify eligibility status for acute inpatient accounts.
- Typing/keyboard/computer navigational experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Prior experience or exposure to governmental and third-party payors Critical thinking/problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate potential areas of opportunities for improvement.
