Through our Center of Excellence (COE) Grant Program, we are expanding access to psychiatric services, advancing clinical innovation, and building stronger community partnerships. To support this mission, we are seeking multiple Psychiatrists to join our team and help strengthen psychiatric care for the Queens community.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform psychiatric evaluations and formulate individualized treatment plans.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of psychiatric disorders.
- Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications.
- Provide psychotherapy when indicated.
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners, social workers, and other providers as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in program development, research, and quality improvement initiatives within the COE framework.
- Mentor and teach psychiatry residents, medical students, and trainees.
