Operating Room RN Supervisor
Full-Time | Queens, NY | $55.92/hr.  +  Differentials

Jamaica Hospital Medical Center is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership and clinical oversight within our surgical suite.

This is a working supervisor role ideal for a strong OR nurse with charge experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and enjoys supporting staff while maintaining patient safety and surgical flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily OR operations and staff assignments
  • Provide real-time clinical support to circulating and scrub nurses
  • Coordinate patient flow and case readiness
  • Partner with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical techs
  • Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards
  • Address shift-level operational or clinical issues
  • Support quality and performance initiatives

  • BSN required
  • BLS & ACLS required (CNOR preferred)
