Requirements
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a unionized hospital engineering/plant operations environment and the supervision of staff, construction, utilities, building, and maintenance of equipment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- NYC High-Pressure Boiler Operators License (REQUIRED)
- NYC Refrigeration Machine Operators license is required.
- Certified Energy Manager preferred.
- Current knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards of care which includes ASHRAE, ASHE.
- Five years experience in the management of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to include oversight of reports, staffing, and productivity for work order completion and Preventative Maintenance (PM) completion to meet the needs of the facility.
- PC Proficiency in Excel, Word, and working knowledge of engineering apps required.
