Yardman – Materials Management Driver

Jamaica Hospital Medical Center a member of the Medisys  Health Network is a 404 bed fully accredited community-based teaching hospital and Level I Trauma and Stroke Center.  We provide general medical, pediatric, and psychiatric emergency services, ambulatory care on and off-campus, ambulatory surgery, and a broad spectrum of diagnostic and treatment services. We are currently seeking a Materials Management Drivers for  part-time,  day and night shift positions in our Materials Management Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The selected candidate will operate system vehicles to transport and deliver supplies to various entities and sites with the Medysis network.
• Assisting in picking, staging, and loading truck with supplies for daily deliveries.
• Operating electric jack to perform other Material Management functions
• Maintaining clean receiving area
